looking at this.. Company is solely operating in UK, re domiciling to the UK has big tax advantages. I wouldn't rule out an AIM listing + redomicile -- less regulation and lower barriers to listing, much closer to home. but... Valuations of micro caps in AIM land are as poor as they are on the ASX.
With Kerry Stokes on the register I wouldn't rule out a delisting of the ASX stock and relisting on the AIM. The large lingering issue what is the liquidity is available for minority shareholders to exit?
The problem with being a minority holder, you get no say.
