It's not something that grows a customer base.

I Understand that having 1 crm across the company may assist to unify the organisation and reduce the cap ex, but Hills difficulty has been the reduction in revenues and margins which they have not found a solution.

A blind monkey can consolidate and reduce costs, but what is their strategy to grow revenues and to penetrate market share?

Having just read their recent report, they lay blame on one division for their poor performance and the competition.

What is their strategy to overcome competition ?
What if that competition spreads to other areas of their business , what are their strategies to overcome and combat increasing competition , grow revenues and increase margins?

You can cut all you like, but how do they grow?
