The seller has been round for a few weeks now. Hopefully he knows nothing that we don’t.

The real question, I think, is the level of net profit the group can make in 18/9. If its $3-4m, I doubt that anyone will care, but if they can get some sales growth back, it’s going to be substantially more.

I also wonder if they are looking at any corporate initiatives. They tried to spin off the Health business a while back, which at least shows some attempt to boost shareholder value.

One way or the other management need to engage the market again after release of the figures.

Including the franked dividend they referred to at last November’s AGM.
