    I do find customer feedback informative, but sometimes it can be too offputting. For example, I talked myself out of buying Temple &Webster at 16c on the back of some negative comments on customer service. The stock is now 78c on the back of fast growing sales !

    I may have to order a cheapie on the Hills website and test it out for myself.
