To me PDN will have to up their bid, though I don't believe they should or will win SMM.
Even uping their bid would probably take their offer past the ALP labour conference, which could change everything.
There are probably other uranium companies watching what is happening.
DML, MEGA, LAM, just to mention a few.
A big time JORC on their deposits could also blow PDN's offer out of the water.
To many things could happen IMHO.
This fight has just begun and without a fast victory which I don't believe PDN will get, PDN changes of victory start to go down hill, IMHO.
