Clearly you are not a SMM shareholder, and clearly you are aware that this pathetic opportunistic bid is very much in favour of PDN.

So take your BS somewhere else....I hold both, and it is very clear to all SMM holders that SMM is in a league well above PDN, and that in a time not too far away it will possess a much greater Resource in a sovereign risk-free environment.
