You talk about SMM being a Australian company.....I see only that it was listed for MANY years in NEW Zealand...before it listed here...so NOT an Australian company...just listed here...and the CEO is a NZ lawyer who got the company together and peged all those leases years ago...I WILL NOT ACCEPT PDN offer...TOO LOW
