According to page 8 of the HY supplemental, CER generates 7.8% of its rent from Woolworths and 4.1% from Coles. Nearly 12% of CER's Aust rent comes from these two tenants.
Today's quarterly report from WES shows 8.1% sales growth over the last qtr for Coles and Woolworths shows 5.6% sales growth in the March qtr.
Not only do we get the security of knowing these tenants are going to continue providing CER safe steady cashflow hedged against inflation but we also get a percentage of turnover rent from the Aust majors. (I believe its 5% of total rent from discussions a few years back with Centro)
