Pure speculation on my behalf. But most of these childcare/REIT's that I have been watching for a while sit comfortably on around the 5-6% yield (from my limited experience).
From just a quick look on marketindex.com.au - I have taken a look at the three childcare places discussed here. GEM possibly overpriced? Think about right price? Mayfield seems underpriced by a lot.... low PE, high yield while still keeping some cash back. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.
