Dreamcatcher, we both underestimated the NTA. MLT and CHO were both trading at discounts to NTA at the end of June (MLT at 4.0%, CHO at 4.6%).
This compares to AUI (discount of 0.3%), DUI (discount of 2.6%), and AFI (premium of 7.6%). No word from ARG yet as to their most recent NTA.
