EXT is about 4.5 times the market cap then mru, has a takeover premium built in (Rio) and sits on about 100millions pounds so 3 times what MRU has (so far).
The main differences I see between then two is (apart from country / management - the latter of which is excellent at both):
* timeframes and resource size. EXT has ther lead in terms of getting their resource firmed up
* RIO as a neighbour to EXT makes EXT a good option for adding resource
* MRU is a very tight stock (top 20 own +70% of the company so we have about 30million shares avaiklable to rade). EXT has more liquidity it would seem.
MRU will however be adding (I anticipate) a substantial increase in resource over the coming months and will be listing on the TSX to give it more liquidity. This is a good entry if you have faith in Uranium.
