My comment relates to the amounts involved here, not that there is an incentive scheme.  By all means have an incentive scheme for the workers and directors, but this is way over the top and actually limits any local workers capacity to take advantage of it.  Nearly 50 million pounds should a takeover occur in the range of 1 UK pound.  10+percent is way over the top and it is laughable to expect the local employees to be able to afford taking up any sizeable amount of this 124,000,000 options.   50 million pounds profit for those that are able to pay the 60 p option will be picked up by a few directors and one in particular.  Remember not one cent/penny is paid to the company until share value reaches 60pence.  Takeover may be limited to selling one or two fields of discovery, but might also involve all the other potentials that SOLG, and indirectly DGR, own. This 2% dilution is important, especially if it dilutes the amount I take home.   Of course I would be very happy to get an increase in the value of my investment.....having been waiting for over a decade to get back into profit, if a takeover occurs and DGR actually gets some benefit.  Maher and his cohorts have been paid sizeable amounts of money over this same period and have plundered rapid increases in their holdings at rock bottom prices. And they are doing it again.  Are they not getting paid already to do their jobs.  I'll continue to whinge, because with over $100,000 of skin in this process, I have a right to do so.
