Rocket correct on rail capacity at present but if u look at future plans this will change. I'm told by a reliable source tshipi could produce up to 5 million tons a year. The manganese ore can be trucked to its destination as the infrastructure is all there. sure it would cost more but if the manganese price remains high or can go higher its a definite option and had been used in the past. But to take advantage of the railway they keep it between 3 million to 3.6 million for now. but as i said they can ramp up more if manganese price increases and demand goes higher and truck the ore as there is a very high profit margin from at current levels and above.
