My thoughts are that the QLD economy has probably bottomed out - its true that QLD looks awful at the moment, but that's already priced into SUN, SDG, BOQ etc, so a contrarian might suggest that it's time to get in now. There will also be a huge increase in tourism going forward with the dollar sliding below 70 cents and that should support lots of businesses including SUN.
