Isn't "All of the funds raised, excluding costs, will be retained by PrIME Biologics." and "More importantly, post the spin out, NuSep will no longer incur any expenditure associated with PrIME Biologics" inconsistent?
If that is right, then this is the typical bullspit from these guys and we're going to get nothing.
And if this is so, (ie all the money is going to PRIME) then we're selling our 90% stake to get nothing? The new investors are paying the money INTO PRIME, not NuSep, who is the rightfull owner of the 90% stake.
I hope this is not correct, but the garbage these guys deal up makes me suspect it is more of the same.
John, Tell us we expect $13.8m in cash to come into NuSep and we'll be happy!
