If I read this announccement right, then the following must be true;

Luye to contribute another S$6m (A$4.6m) to NuSep to buy extra 10%
Investor Group to contribute A$4.6m to NuSep for 10%
Escrow NuSep Shareholders 50% shares issued directly
NuSep retains A$4.6m in value (10%)
IPO investors pay A$4.6m to NuSep for 10%

So we get A$13.6m in cash INTO NUSEP + A$4.6m in shares at NuSep level + A$23m in shares disctibuted to shareholders (ie 50% Escrow). Now if these BSAs can't raise A$13.6m for the 30% share, then the Luye investment valuation of $4.6m was a Lie (or should I spell that Luye)

Even if the shares aren't worth A$23m, the $13.6m in cash into NuSep is a much needed boost. It's a shame it doesn't happen for another year! How are we supposed to survive until then?
