    interesting that the previous ASX announcements didn't include the word "consortium" ......while that latest one does !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    this strongly suggests some sort of debt for equity swap (imho) .....

    will be interesting to see the final outcome of the sale process (it has been a while.......)
