The cornerstone share price sheds the most light on the massive undervaluation of DGR.
DGR is a vastly superior company.
DIRECTORS - Deeply experienced, Ability to execute, Courage to take the big calculated risks. CGP once owned all of Cascabel. At the time SOLG and DGR ventured upon Cascabel neither DGR or SOLG had great balance sheets. Probably not much better than CGP but the directors had courage and nous. They secured 85% of Cascabel Through an inspired series of chess moves ratcheted up the share price and secured funding to prove the resource.
NTA After allowing for 50Mill of deferred tax the NTA of DGR is around 0.33 or 39% of NTA. The cash NTA of CGP according to the Kaiser report is CAN 0.01. Their interest in Cascabel is not readily tradeable like DGRs interest in SOLG.
OTHER INTERESTS DGR has a vastly greater geographical and geological spread of interests and most are contained within listed tradeable companies. IRR is a mining investment and exploration juggernaut in its own right which could one day equal or exceed DGR. Who saw the issue of options to IRR personnel at nearly TWICE their current price. Hint Hint Nudge Nudge.
WHY THE DIFFERENCE
Investors are torn between DGR as a mining house and explorer. They are both.
Investors haven't moved on from the days where DGR had to issue shares cheaply.
They don't. They have 200Mill of tradeable investments.
Investors are being fooled by the price manipulation going on. Party A buys up to 0.145 then keeps selling a few at 0.14 forcing other sellers to leapfrog down to 0.135 then keeps selling a few more eventually getting the price to 0.13 where they have buy orders. If strong buying comes and the price goes up they sell a few more when buyers are gone. Small sales at the open and close to affect confidence.
Hang in there holders. In the long run shares are valued rationally.
