"I have no doubt that MVF will come up with a similar process, or just acquire the IP". You presume that MVF will just out innovate everyone eyes in the market, or will have the deepest pockets and will pay more than anyone else for the IP. I think they're some pretty heroic assumptions. Just IMO.
