MVF invented the IVF procedure back in the 1970s. Since then its existed in one form or another for nearly 40 years and has survived multiple 'breakthroughs' and 'revolutions'. The IVF procedure just 20 years ago is significantly different from that of today. If in a decade this new IVM does prove to be a viable successor, then I have no doubt that MVF will come up with a similar process, or just acquire the IP.
