CnG is on the money, best to buy EPW folks and be done with it. It is on attractive multiples, great mgmt and plenty of upside. Measured risks is what they are good at, and they have done it again in this deal. 10% of MEL (expect it might increase), 10% of ROG + Farmin will give the good control over CMB.
