In my opinion EPW management a different class to MEL's in terms of NSW gov't dept approvals...

I'd say they've already made some 'reasonably informed' investment decisions, and being in the end of the sector they are, which is establishing and running power generation plants, laying pipelines etc they know their way around the maze pretty well.

In saying that, I sincerely hope ROG shareholders find some degree of silver lining in the interests of fairness, but this is a hard business.
