I am truly sorry Newland but posters should properly understand these announcements and read them coldly and dispassionately.
It's also understandable that s/h want good news on their risk-taking and put their trust in the Board.
Not so here.
The point for me is, does this give MEL access to the ROG PEL's via the 10%+ ERM stake in MEL and create a single CMB resource?
Or is it ERM taking out insurance in the event of MEL being taken out?

RG should resign. The Board should resign.
