No doubt the deal will be approved at the meeting, although I do remember that when RG installed his bunch of sycophants onto the Board and awarded them millions of options, the retail shareholders who bothered to vote, voted against it 2 to 1
As I said previously, the only upside of this debacle is the fact that their options will never be in the money
