the good thing if the 2 companies come together is that a capital raising for Auzex will not be needed, once the is seen by the markets there will be no dilution of share holders and $30 mill cash in the bank, and instos will be all over this. Auzex is burning through $1mill a month, with $30 mill, they can double there drill program and still have plenty of cash. This will be seen as a positive as share holders. AZX (proposed) listing on the Aim and capital raising could be seen as a defense strategy against GGG.

time frame for a resolution im looking at 2-4 weeks. this is when a JV meeting is due for GGG and AZX management, where the icing will be placed on the cake.
