What makes you think that they are not working? If a handful of morons dump their shares does it mean that the company is not working hard????
Who should wake up is the large holders in JAY. For a few thousand dollars they can push the SP over the IPO price. Personally I like the SP down at this level as I am still accumulating, so if more people want to give away their shares for nothing then this is fantastic.
