hotfire you missed the point - takeover is not a privatization and you would still be a shareholder with other shareholders. still the bid is doomed to fail - why would shareholders accept $15m valuation after spending so much money on this (over $120m?) also Kula seems to have much better liquidity, look at other companies in this space - emerald is in Cambodia, has a smaller resource and $100m market cap, west african in Africa has similar resource and $100m market cap: < Kula has 95% of the project and $10m market cap.... why would shareholders want Geopacific's projects which are in Cambodia and Fiji?
