I agree AJ however emotions come into play as well,
CDM looks like a closenit group of guys that have put together their baby, so they are obviously very protective.

They don’t want an arrogant prick coming in telling them how it is, they are also probably looking at, do they want to work with him going forward.

obviously it’s in everyone’s best interest to find a middle ground and that may be without Fraser.
DP should offer this to CDM, I know they are close but they can work together on other projects.
