As long as BDI and CDM are still talking I would imagine a deal is
a possibility.....The issue for BDI is the strategic 11% strategic
investment done initially, BDI can't afford to splurge $250,000
on a one-off investment....In a bizarre sort of way this initial
investment by BDI is probably acting as a lever for CDM in
their ongoing dealings with BDI...seems we should know
this week...on another note, not a lot of rain forecast for
MADA the next two weeks, maybe the weather is on the
improve...
