Don't think VCN have been that slow getting to where they are now; it undoubtedly takes time to get through the BFS and as long as it is in by the end of September I will not be concerned.

It will be interesting to see whether the recent financing results in a fast tracking of development. If so we could see Wise Owl's target price come early!
