when is the dividend due. cant be far a way surely. this stock has been mentioned in all the magazine as a long term play....

i read in the fin review they have already made gains on properties they have bought, and they will be selling them at the end of the year.

the trend is not our friend, but its an accumulation stock i beleive. for those wanting an income stream for retirement. this is the highest yielding stock on the market, and is set to be sustainable.
