Deansy, a well thought out questionnaire, however I'm still for yanking out the plank making them walk it, then hung drawn and quartered.
But that still may be too good for them.
But on a serious note it may be a worth while proposition to ask that their salaries be adjusted in accordance to their performance, the more they make the more they get, but the more they lose the more they have to pay to RMA
