I totally agree @freeheel , I don't think I have read a clearer more informative article on MOD.
This is a must read for all MOD and MTR investors, a fantastic source of figures and quotes from JH.

Subtly reminding the market that T3 is not the only potential for the JV at the moment it's very comforting to see T1 start to take the spotlight whilst giving a clear indication of the potential of the other targets nearby.

Well done MOD, keep doing what you are doing.
