Wonder if they will be trading or go into TH to announce what is a massive acquisition $990 Million US. They are already funded for this via a debt facility so likely no cap raise.
The numbers are expected to shoot lights out from all accounts, the company says this acquisition is EPS accretive in the first year.
Market should react positively, we shall see.
