Not much else from memory, but I think the Chairman, talking to two or three shareholders, said that they thought it best for directors to sell a small amount of their considerable holding in preference to diluting shareholder funds with an institutional issue. (But he would say that.) I got the impression that he appreciated getting some cash for his share sales - to 'reduce the mortgage' or words to that effect.
I note that the insider selling / institutional buying (if it is that) has stopped for now. Maybe a break for Christmas?
