The technical analysis would certainly seem to support this, but with the PE ratio currently sitting at 16 (assuming an EPS of 15cps), it is starting to become less of a bargain. That said, a PE of 20 (the sector average) would see the price at $3.

However I think that EAX is simply a good company, with good management, which happens to dominate a growing niche. They've consistently increased earnings year after year and I think that this combination will see the SP head up and up.

Also, that fact that not many shares appear to have come onto the market once the employee escrow expired seems to say the staff of EAX know a good thing when they see it!
