This explains the sudden volume late in the day.

Some news around the export opportunities for GRB. Since the restructure Donald has been able to focus on building the export network and relationships. I had spoken a few times with GRB re: export to Korea (my market of insight) so it is good to see there is some traction.

My personal feeling however, with beer exports is that too much emphasis is placed on the actual merchandise exports. I see the true key to success especially in Asian markets is for a market leader (say Gage or Balter) to lead a consortium of Australia craft breweries and extended industries (malt, hops) around Asia to meet with the mover and shakers of the burgeoning craft scene in Asia and look at all avenues of partnership, whether that be collab beers, joint brands, mutual investment, exchange of brewers, contract brewing and MOUs between brewer associations. Leverage the fact that craft breweries here are all about collaboration -  a joint effort to open a market will benefit all.

If I use Korea as an example, a couple of the craft companies that are doing well, began with establish relationships with American breweries.

Of course M&A Opportunities to purchase a young but successful craft brewery in those markets should not be underestimated either!
