It's at least comforting that the TSX quickly jumped in and asked for clarification.
No doubt SJC's reputation is now somewhat tarnished by this less than accurate portrayal of their "off take agreement".
This serves as a reminder to treat our own ASX company announcements with some skepticism - too many I see gilding the lily.
