Mr. van Wyck has over 20 years' experience practicing business and commercial law, as in-house counsel with the federal Canadian Department of Justice as well as Laidlaw Inc. and Waste Management Inc. / Canadian Waste Services Inc. Mr. van Wyck has developed expertise in corporate and commercial law, intellectual property matters, mergers and acquisitions, contracting, commercial leases, environmental law and business law. Mr. van Wyck has a Bachelor degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa, and a Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
