Hi Mr D
I wouldn't be concerned with what is happening over at WKT, a few HC posters have been saying the ML was only days away, when you get traders into the company expecting a quick buck, they quickly turn when there is bad news. I was more concerned with the comments about the dis affected land owners within the ML area, according to croc there were only 3 huts and a few trees, maybe the trees were putting up a fight ?
KNL already has a mining license, we could start building the mine tomorrow if our finance were approved, we are only waiting on the commission to approve the extension to our ML which I believe has been requested by our lenders and supported by the Minister of Minerals, Honourable Ms Angellah Kairuki , and for our prospective lenders awaiting clarification from the Mining Commission on various aspects of the legislation affecting lending arrangements.
