History of Muthy would suggest it will not be passed and further delays expected whilst he extracts his lions share.
His double standards - outright corruption - protection of Gondwe (finance minister) should see him ousted in next years election and face charges. Poor people - what chance do they have in this extreme corrupt country.
He wont disclose anything. He won't remove Gondwe cause he will spill all Muthies corruption.
