I believe hazers graphite can not be turned in graphene due to the synthetic graphites properties, I.e, not able to be exfoliated... Or along those lines like natural vien or flake graphite.
Min will keep its graphite from their PTR reactor and Hazer will keep theirs from the FBR reactor...
First right of use was in the potential scenario Hazer was going to license its plants... Does not look like this is the case currently.
