Discussion was a little wishy-washy to me. Issues raised have been in the public arena for years. My understanding is that Valence have some significant funding issues to address. Their associated vehicle SER have basically zero fundamentals and has a sp that rose on 'graphen hype', although that also seems to be waning of late.

The only relevant part of that discussion (IMHO) was the part about being able to supply product of a certain and stable quality and quantity. To do that, the prospective supplier needs to prove that they have the resources capable of delivering what they say they can deliver.
