hi jaded, the quality of the graphite /graphene is determined by the temperature it is baked at. non vein is baked at between 900-1300 degrees . vein flake is baked at 3,600. the higher the temperature the fewer the impurities which in turn affects the conductivity. this in turn affects the quality of the stacking. impurity is like a road block on a highway; nothing gets through. so one step graphite to graphene is wonder ful but only has value given the bare minimum or absence of impurities. that's why graphene is meaningless until seen from this angle. i'm learning just like everyone else. the advantage i have is that i spend a lot of time with duke.
