Granted it's changed since you posted but IMO a lot of those sells are not really relevant (ie more than 25% above the current market price ie >$0.05).

If you want to look at the buy/sell ratio try to narrow it within a more reasonable range like 1 cent plus/minus the close at $0.041.

Then there's there's 1.4m buyers to $0.033 and 837k sells to $0.051 or 2:1. If you look within half a cent of the close, it's 3:1 buy/sell
