I have prepared this spreadsheet to see the look through cost of acquiring an Advent share. Hopefully it is correct, but please check as these figures are only based on my research. Please tell me of any errors. Prepared on a fully diluted basis and all seed funding obtained, with remainder outside the Advent group. Naturally assumptions may prove incorrect.
