With only about 7 million shares free float outside of the top 20 I'd suspect this is going to get very hard to get set in. Those that have got set sub-20 are the lucky ones.
you can see even now at 21c and the amount of stock listed above that price that the buying opportunity is drying up.....become more tightly held each day.
