BPH could cap raise if oppies expire . JVs will come eventually on either front .
GBA have not been offered a stake in the extra Advent shares yet but there is room to move IMO .
GBA will get a heap of transaction monies in the next 12 months . Payment via share issue is possible . News on this will be soon , cards are falling into place .
