That means that they’ve been able to dispose of PASS in small quantities but may not be able to take the larger quantities.
Logic dictates that they have either lime treated or disposed of in their ponds or both.
I wonder if the EPA monitor the dumped material or do HQ self sample and record for later inspection by EPA?
Anyone know how it works? Keen to line up with the service NAG will render.
