Hi JB. Great post.
Is there someone else who can take the huge volumes of PASS legally ?
I thought NAG were the only ones who had jumped through all the hoops for legal PASS disposal.
It occurs to me that some of the existing disposal sites must have a PASS permits and that maybe none have gone through the tougher compliance process. At least that’s what I believed.
Does anyone know of any competitors that have PASS permits? Would they be allowed to tender with the “easily gotten” PASS permit in this new age of the EPA? Is there an EPA “these sites can accept PASS” list?
What hoops did they jump through? Was it easier to get a PASS permit once upon a time? Has there been some sort of upgrade to their permits?
Hoping some of the HC posters with experience in the industry that can shed some light on the topic?
Appreciate any feedback.
